£6.00 for total purchase up to £50.
£12.50 for total purchase between £51 to £249.
£22.50 for total purchase between £250 and £749.
We’ll offer you a full refund if you’re not completely happy with your purchase. Get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and return it to us within 14 days. Please note, you’ll be responsible for the return delivery costs. Please make sure the items are insured and signed for, and that they are packaged well to prevent any damage in transit. Returned items must be in the original condition in which you received them and we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund if cleaning or repair is required.
A refund will be issued within 3 days of the item being returned although your bank may take longer to credit it to your account.
